Gynaecomastia is enlargement of the glandular tissue, stroma and or fat in the male breast.
Most common cause is idiopathic. Mostly, the changes occur at the time of hormonal changes: infancy, adolescence and old age.
Usually liposuction ,followed by excision of gland tissue done through a small incision at the junction of the areola and skin.
